DUE TO TRANSPORT ISSUES, ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ONLY ON  FRIDAY AFTERNOONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ESTIMATE AND MAY FLUCTUATE DUE TO ORDER VOLUME. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6PM (Mountain GMT -7) ON THURSDAYS WILL BE SENT THE NEXT FRIDAY. ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

ALL MINI-D20 NECKLACES (with the silver glove clasps) ARE OUT OF STOCK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! Sorry about the inconvenience, or if we have caused any disappointment. Rest assured we are trying very hard to obtain more stock. We like those necklaces as much as you do, really!

CUSTOM ORDERS: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process certain custom orders. Exceptions may or may not be made, but there will be no guarantees on availability.

Also please note that prices listed are based on materials used, as well as the availability of said materials, be they the die, the metals, et cetera.

PAYMENT

WE ARE PAYPAL VERIFIED! PAYPAL accepted, of course. Please pay promptly. Payment options will be given to you as soon as you decide on an item you would like to purchase for security reasons. We will not accept checks (personal or not) or money orders any more, even if you failed to read these terms of sale before you bought (too many bad experiences). Checks or money orders sent will NOT be cashed if that is the case.

The only exception for the above are purchasers from SINGAPORE. We would prefer if you could make direct account transfers under POSB, DBS or UOB and it will make consolidating your order much easier. As stated above, these options will be given to you in private.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to receive direct account transfers as our Singapore accounts are now closed. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to our loyal Singaporean fans and friends.

Orders placed WILL NOT BE MADE until payment has been cleared.

To those that ignore our requests for payment, the item will NOT be shipped out or even made. If you purchase some items in error, please let us know EARLY and we will cancel the order if requested. If the order is fairly big, we may not be so forgiving because it takes quite a bit of time for me to cancel those orders.

Please note that we pick and ship Orders in the order that we receive payment, not based on the receipt of the Order itself.

SHIPPING

ITEMS WILL ONLY BE MADE AND SHIPPED OUT WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping for multiple orders. Just send us an email to let me know, BEFORE THURSDAYS.

INVOICES: As we currently do not have a working printer, there will be no invoices provided, but you will receive an email notification with an electronic invoice (.txt, .doc etc) when your items have been sent. If you desire to have a written invoice, please note that the invoices will be HAND-WRITTEN but no less accurate.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:  Please put a note in your order email with the address you would like your items sent to. If you do not, you will be requested for one.
IMPORTANT – It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they give me the correct address, and an address that can accept parcels. If the parcel is deemed undeliverable (through no fault of our own), then the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again to have it resent. If the customer chooses a refund instead, then the refund will be the full amount less shipping charges and 10% to cover the cost of Administrative/Paypal fees and the time it took us to originally process/pack the order.

• UNITED STATES: First item $2.50 (additional items $0.30)
Shipping methods: USPS (no tracking)

• CANADA: First item $3.50 (additional items $0.30)
Shipping methods: USPS (no tracking)
Contact us if you want to upgrade the shipping method (Ground, Express, etc. Prices will vary.).

• INTERNATIONAL: First item $4.50 (additional items $0.50)
Shipping methods: USPS (no tracking)
Contact us EARLY if you want to upgrade the shipping method (Overnight, Express, etc. Prices will vary.).

PACKAGING:
All our packages are shipped out in new bubble envelopes or boxes. Bubble envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper are made from fully or partially recycled content. Items will usually come giftwrapped in clean, small drawstring bags unless requested not to.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

IF NOT INSURED: We will not cover damages or losses. If the mistake was ours (wrong items sent or just missed), contact us and we will remedy the matter.

IF INSURED: Damages –> If you receive your package and it looks like it has been tampered with or opened, PLEASE take pictures of the package first before you start to open it.
Losses –> I will not consider a package lost until 30 days after it has been shipped. Some packages seem to take the ‘long way around’ for mysterious reasons, but still show up within 30 days. After 30 days, contact us and it will be decided between the customer and us whether to re-send or refund.

RETURNS: Will only be accepted within a month after receiving your order. Items must be returned (at your expense) unused and in the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded. You must let us now you are returning the item(s) before you ship it. Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene issues.
